Method

JAZZ MF673 and ZONG MF25 now can be unlocked by 1 FILE

Remove battery and short boot point using tweezers ETC

Now insert cable open device manager and check port (9008)

If port not showing install Qualcomm USB Drivers 

After that open unlock file

Now write 1 and press enter check port number and write port no and press enter Device will exit from 9008 port in few second
Insert battery and press 
WPS+POWER BUTTON
 connect now in fast boot mode
Write 2 and press enter device will be unlocked in 1 minuets 
and device will restart wait 10 second until page open 
Now write 3 and press enter write 
SECURITY NUMBER 
and press enter Device will reboot 
Congratulations Device successfully Unlocked
