After completing the hardware section:
Important Note: After replacing the resistor, we must ensure the network is functioning
and that emergency services are working. If the phone shows "No Service,"
there is a hardware issue that needs to be checked.
Software Stage and IMEI Repair:
We perform a test point on the phone as shown in the image.
And entering the phone into EDL mode and connecting the battery is very
important to complete the work.
We perform the auth for the phone using any tool that supports flashing through
Xiaomi servers.
And don't forget to initially uncheck the "reboot auto" option.
From the tool, we then perform a backup for the EFS file.
Backup EFS from the same tool.
We wait for the tool to complete the EFS backup after finishing the auth for the phone.
We close the tool and then open the DFT Pro tool.
We go to the Xiaomi tab and then to service EDL.
We need to uncheck the "reboot auto" option, which is very important.
Then we perform a backup for the EFS file and keep it in a special folder to return to it
in case of any errors during the steps.
Next, we select the "Advanced Partition Manager" option and then click "Start."
After the tab, we perform a backup for the modem files, Modem A and Modem B,
as shown in the following image.
After completing the backup, we save the file in a special folder on the desktop
and name it "POCO M6 PRO 5G original."
We will need it later, so do not forget this step; it is very important.
Next, we select "Write Partition" and proceed to write the following file:
here
After the download, we proceed to write the file using the options
Modem A and Modem B, as shown in the following image
After completing the file writing, we turn on the phone and adjust the USB options to
repair the first and second IMEI.
After ensuring that the IMEIs are repaired, we will notice the phone has no network and shows
"NO SERVICE." Don't worry; your work is correct. We continue by performing the TEST POINT again, entering the phone into EDL mode, and doing AUTH as we did in the first stage. Don't forget to uncheck the "reboot auto" option after finishing the AUTH process for the phone, then close the tool
Open the DFT Pro tool, go to the Xiaomi tab, then to Service EDL, and then Advanced
Partition Manager, and select Restore Backup. We will restore the file we backed up
at the beginning of the process, which we named POCO M6 PRO 5G original.
After the restoration is complete, we will turn on the phone and wait for it to boot up properly.
We will notice the emergency call feature returning to the phone. Insert any SIM
card and check that the network is functioning correctly.
This concludes the work; I'll leave you with pictures of the successful process.
Important Note: You must maintain the sequence of events from the beginning to the
end to avoid any issues.
